These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LoadScan iOS application and related services. By downloading or using LoadScan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using LoadScan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using LoadScan on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
LoadScan is an iOS application that helps appliance resellers create and manage load manifests, scan product labels, look up product information using artificial intelligence, track inventory, and export data. Features may vary based on your subscription plan.

LoadScan offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
You agree to use LoadScan only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of all manifests, product records, photos, and other data you create in LoadScan ("Your Content"). By using LoadScan, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or privacy of third parties.
LoadScan uses artificial intelligence to suggest product names, categories, and estimated market values based on model numbers and label images. This information is provided for reference only and may not always be accurate. You are solely responsible for verifying pricing and product information before using it in any sale or transaction. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated suggestions.
LoadScan and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LoadScan and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written consent.
LoadScan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoadScan and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to LoadScan at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through in-app notification or email. Continued use of LoadScan after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
